Usually, though the right choice depends on your time and your dog. A package asks more of you.
How long does it take?
Often four to eight weeks of lessons, plus daily homework. Dogs vary a great deal.
Can I add a stay later?
Many trainers offer both. Ask whether lesson credits apply to a later stay.
What if my dog struggles?
Tell the trainer. A good plan changes when something is not working.
